The Association does not endorse any vendor listed here and is not responsible for the provision of services by such vendor or the operation of their business, and any business conducted with such vendor shall be the sole responsibility of the resident. The for-profit vendors on this list have paid a fee to the Association to be included on this list. It is recommended that residents verify the current statuts of a vendor's licensing, insurance and record of performance before retaining any vendor. The Association is not responsible for any acts or omissions committed by any vendor."
